Zhengqitoys believes that standardizing and making the plush toy customization process transparent is key to improving efficiency. We base our production on the IP images, design drafts, physical samples, size and craftsmanship details, as well as fabric and filling requirements provided by our clients.

A standardized full-process approach cuts down on back-and-forth communication, shortens sampling, quoting, and production lead times, and boosts overall delivery efficiency.

• You provide the IP design, drawings, samples, and process requirements—we’ll verify the dimensions, materials, stuffing, printing, stitching, needle inspection, and safety standards.
• Confirm details on fabric, accessories, process, pricing, and delivery schedule.
• Create collectible figure prototypes for client approval and confirmation.
• Once the sample is approved, we’ll begin mass production.
• Final product inspection, quality testing, packaging, and warehousing/shipping.
