Short answer: The sample fee is not automatically refunded, but it is deducted from your bulk-order payment once you confirm mass production, provided the production design matches the approved sample.

Our sample fee for bespoke soft-toy manufacturing covers the real costs of creating a unique prototype: fabric procurement, manual pattern-making, sewing work-hours and finishing labor. Once you are satisfied with the finished pre-production sample and sign off to begin mass production, we subtract the previously paid sample charge from your 30% production deposit or the final balance.
